讲述的是完美手术之后开始不断发生诡异事件的恐怖片。韩高恩饰演女主角有京在遭遇事故之后接受了接合手部的手术，金圣洙饰演有京的爱人同时也是手术执刀医生郑宇，是非常具有冷静魅力和知性气质的神经外科专家。虽然手术非常成功，但在手术之后却接连发生诡异的事件，似乎被神秘的对象所操控的恐怖感越来越强。这是一部让观众看着紧张，手心出汗的心里惊悚电影。Jung-woo is a neurosurgeon who works in bioengineering research facility. He is married, but that doesn't keep him from having an affair with Yoo-gyeong, who is a doctor and a colleague at the facility. Caused by a mysterious and terrible accident, Yoo-gyeong looses her hand but Jung-woo reacts quick and saves her life. He uses a new technology to reattach Yoo-gyeong's hand and the young woman recovers soon from the accident. Even Yoo-Gyeong's health seems to improve after the surgery, but also bizarre events beginning to take place around her constantly.
