《租房惊魂》有“借鉴”这片的吧。房东一开始就不停出镜到最后还掺合密室囚禁，既不伦不类也让电影的惊悚效果大打折扣，把主角定在房东角色上真不明智，除了房东是为变态而变态，剩下的男主发现真相却不报警还在被拉电闸后只身闯地下囚禁室，女主报警电话就没信号？这是住宅区啊！编剧能不能上点儿道？！
