Plot Summary:The Howard Resort Hotel is a famous gambling resort where people gather from around the world in hopes of winning huge fortunes overnight. In the hotel's casino is a beautiful female dealer named Rio Rollins, known far and wide as the \"Goddess of Victory\" for her natural ability to grant customers good luck just by being near them.
