Plot Summary:As the completion of the Three Gorges Dam draws near, townspeople from Gongtan, Chongqing are pressured to pack up and leave their homes. Interviews with locals open up many ethical questions involved in this enormous power project. Among them are a barber, a cell-phone proprietor, and a boat puller.
