Plot Summary:When a grisly murder spree in the town of Henenlotter, N.C. is discovered to have been perpetrated by a mutated half-reptile/half-human child, the creature is soon hunted by a nefarious scientist, two local cops, and a good-natured pair of horror-loving townie brothers.
